After the Government announcement made on 22 February 2021, we will be reopening and accepting guests from Monday 12th April 2021.

CORONAVIRUS FAQs

Q: I have a stay booked before 12th April 2021, can I still come?
A: No, sadly, we are closed. We will be in contact with you to help you rearrange your stay, on a like for like basis, (for up to 12 months)  or offer you a gift voucher or full refund. We’d ask you to wait for us to contact you as we are a very small business and are flat out helping all of our guests with their bookings, at this uncertain time.

Q: I have a stay booked with you after 12th April 2021, but I’m unsure that it will go ahead and would like to cancel now.
A: If your booking is not currently within the current  restriction, we ask that you await further updates before a decision can be made as to whether your stay can go ahead as planned.  Full refunds & rescheduling can only be issued if your stay dates are currently affected by Government restrictions in place. Please bear in mind that Government advice may change at very short notice and, consequently, our policies and procedures may also need to change quickly to comply.

Q: Can I make a booking for later in the year?
The 2021 booking calendar is fully open for reservations.

Q: What if I make a future booking and a new Coronavirus travel restriction comes into force. What will happen to my booking?
A: All future bookings affected by Government mandatory restrictions on travel as a result of Coronavirus, will be subject to the offer of rescheduling, on a like for like basis, of up to 12 months, gift voucher to the value of your booking or a full refund. You can book with confidence knowing your booking and monies will not be lost.

Q: What extra health measures do you have in place to protect me as a guest?
A: We have completed a detailed COVID-19 risk assessment and put in place enhanced cleaning protocols, slight changes to our operational procedures, and social distancing measures, in line with the new Visit Britain industry standard ‘Good to Go’ accreditation, to protect both our guests and our team.
