In line with the latest Government guidance, The Roost is open.
We have completed a detailed COVID-19 risk assessment and put in place enhanced cleaning protocols, slight changes to our operational procedures, and social distancing measures, in line with the new Visit Britain industry standard ‘Good to Go’ accreditation, to protect both our guests and our team.
The booking calendar is fully open for reservations but we cannot accept bookings or stays at present from guests in tier 3 areas. We encourage tier 2 residents to also consider not travelling at this time and postponing your stay to a later date.
Please bear in mind that Government advice may change at very short notice and, consequently, our policies and procedures may also need to change quickly.
Future bookings affected by Government restrictions on travel as a result of Coronavirus will be subject to the offer of postponement within 12 months, so you can book with confidence knowing your booking / monies will not be lost.
